News Archive Sharrow Vale Permit Parking Scheme under review (April 2009) Although not part of the Ecclesall Road Smart Route proposals, the local parking scheme in the Sharrow Vale area is currently under review to further improve the scheme and provide solutions to any problems that local residents, businesses and visitors are experiencing. It is very important that access and parking facilities are maintained for local residents and businesses, so we aim to provide complementary solutions throughout the delivery of the Ecclesall Road Smart Route.
