Work to improve Mushroom roundabout will begin in September 2010 and is scheduled to finish in April 2011. To see the planned improvements, go to the Mushroom Roundabout section.

In the meantime, the development team at Rotherham Council and South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive are currently considering solutions to improve travel in the other identified key problem areas that will benefit all road users. Further improvements are expected to take place over the next few years and the public will be kept informed throughout the improvement programme.
