• Regularly checking this website - it will be updated frequently during the development of the Smart Route.
  
  
• Calling the dedicated Smart Routes Information Line on 0845 303 0343. The line is open between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, with an answer phone facility to take any calls outside of these hours.
