Consultation Process

At present, there is a consultation to find out the opinions of the local residents, businesses and all those who commute along the route. It is important that all those who use the corridor let us know what they think are the priorities for improvement because they will experience congestion and delays most often and are likely to know what’s most important to improve travel on the A630.

It is also vitally important all road users are consulted, whether it is local residents walking along the corridor, to those using the local bus services to those commuting by bike, car or motorcycle.

An information leaflet, with a response form, has been posted to all the residents who live directly on the corridor and made available at various Community Access Points in areas around Rotherham. The leaflet has also been made available on X78 bus service.
